Refund Policy

All sales are final. The DollarAbroad $1 International Card-Activity Verification is a digital service that is performed and delivered the instant your payment succeeds. For this reason, it is non-refundable.
Why we don't offer refunds
When you purchase, we immediately process an international transaction on your card and generate your confirmation and receipt. The service you paid for is delivered in full at that moment, there is nothing to return and nothing to cancel. By completing payment, you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately and you agree to waive any cooling-off or withdrawal right to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
The only exceptions
We will review a refund request only where:
- You were charged more than once for a single purchase due to a verified technical error; or
- A duplicate or erroneous charge can be confirmed in our processor records.
In these cases we will refund the surplus amount to your original payment method.
Foreign-transaction and bank fees
Any foreign-transaction fee, currency-conversion margin, or other charge applied by your own bank is set by that bank and is outside our control. We cannot refund fees we did not charge.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge you authorised rather than contacting us first, you may be in breach of our Terms & Conditions. Please email us before raising a dispute, we'll always look into a genuine error quickly.
